WARRIOR SPOTLIGHT: Meet Kareem! 💪

Kareem joined One Academy on a whim, which turned into a full-on passion fueled by the welcoming community, motivating energy, and classes that pushed him further than he thought possible.

Kareem recently completed the Ride to Conquer Cancer, a 200 km bike ride in honour of his uncle - something he never imagined doing.

Since joining, Kareem’s seen major changes - stronger, healthier, and pain-free. Keep crushing it, Kareem!

Training at One Academy since 2020, Du has discovered the power of both physical and mental strength. In 2023, she achieved a huge milestone - finishing her first marathon!

Now, her focus has shifted to fueling smarter, prioritizing recovery, and inspiring other women to not be afraid to jump in and begin their fitness journey.

“It’s a great community to come out to get stronger, even if you’re just at the beginning.”
