CTA is looking for families to host our out of town student athletes for the 2026-27 school year (Sept-June). These are outstanding young men with very bright futures. All of them aspire to play the sport of basketball at the highest level and join CTA players in the NCAA, USports and professional ranks. A great Sunday for CTA as our IBBY GAAS and TJ WHELAN were selected U-18 MVP's of their respective teams at the annual NATIONAL CAPITAL ALL-STAR CLASSIC at Algonquin College. CTA also had BRENNAN HINDS and JAN ABOTNES participating and had strong performances. Great to see our guys thrive in local high-level events, testament to the development and work they're putting in!

Exciting times as Top Class of 2027 G CHARLES TONGUE'S recruiting is definitely starting to pick-up! Hearing from multiple D1 schools, he's definitely on their radar and many will be heading to Las Vegas July 8-11 to check him out with his AAU Grassroots Elite squad for the EYBL live period.

The 6'6 guard has an impressive 7'2 wingspan, he scores at all 3 levels and can defend multiple positions. His height, length, talent and athleticism make him a can't miss D1 prospect! A great young man, we're proud of the work he's putting in and look forward to a very bright future!

THE CONSENSUS CTA ALL-DECADE GOAT is who else but AIDEN WARNHOLTZ! Congratulations Aiden who received every GOAT vote. Aiden was instrumental in establishing our Championship culture from day one. In CTA’s first two years he helped guide us to back-to-back National Championships. Aiden represents what a student athlete should truly be on the court but more importantly in the classroom. He was honoured with NPA Academic Player of the Year with an impressive 97% overall average. Aiden would then attend Carleton and win four USports National Championships for the Ravens. For those counting that’s SIX National Championships in a row! He’s just an all around winner and an amazing person, well deserved, thanks for all you did!

Excited to announce the CTA ALL-DECADE SECOND TEAM! These five also had amazing careers with CTA and definitely contributed to our success. Congrats DRAGAN STAJIC, MUON REATH, ADRIEL NYORHA, ENOCH KALAMBAY and BIN BASIL.

We are elated to announce the CTA ALL-DECADE FIRST TEAM! These five players received the most votes and were outstanding in their time with us. Congratulations to JD MUILA, ANTHONY NNAJIOFOR, AIDEN WARNHOLTZ, KHALEEM SARAZIN and BRAYDEN O'CONNOR. Well deserved and this dream starting five would definitely be tough to beat!

Looking forward to our 10-Year Reunion tomorrow (June 6) at Notre Dame HS. We hope to see as many former SR CTA alum out as possible to celebrate this special milestone. It's been an incredible decade for CTA, we've accomplished so much on and off the court. Proud of everyone who has established CTA as one of the top prep destinations in the country! Thanks to the players, coaches, training staff, volunteers and our Board for your contributions. We are making a difference, can't wait for the next 10!
