After a highly successful year 1, our popular multi-sport program is back for another season this fall. Athletes will take part in a different sport each week, keeping things fresh each and every session.

This year we will be running out of St. Francis of Assisi ES in Orleans (795 Watters Rd) on Monday nights. Juniors (JK-Gr. 2) will be from 6:30-730pm while Intermediates (Gr. 3-6) will run from 7:30-8:30pm.

These coed programs are designed to get athletes moving, and cross train across a variety of sports to work on hand eye coordination, balance, speed, and more.
