Rockcliffe Lawn Tennis Club

Tennis continues! Sept 7th-Oct 8th, 5 weeks of adult & junior fall programming. Train for the tournaments, reset your skills, or just meet a bunch of new tennis friends and get organized with your fundamentals! Registration is via Matchpoint under “programs”.

This Thursday 6pm: lawn & board games night, just bring something for the potluck! Whether you'd like to hit the courts for some social doubles, challenge friends to a lawn game, or simply unwind over a board game and a drink, there's something for everyone. Members & guests of all ages and playing abilities are welcome. We’ll have bocce, croquet, spikeball & co****le, plus some classic board games. Feel free to bring your own games for a relaxed evening of good food, friendly competition, and great company at RLTC!

This Sunday: RLTC’s 3rd Annual Davis Cup! All members and their guests are welcome to cheer on the team doubles starting at 2pm, and at 5pm bring an international dish to share and enjoy!

6pm Wednesday: join us on the deck to cheer at the Women’s Doubles Club Championship Finals: a showdown between Susan Mersereau & Diane Pelton vs Laurie Maybury & Frances Shapiro Munn!

🤠 Western-themed BBQ July 16th! Put on your cowboy boots and giddy up for an evening full of country fun. Registration deadline July 15th 3pm, menu will include classic fare such as BBQ burgers, hotdogs, mac & cheese & collard greens. A great chance to meet other RLTC tennis fanatics and enjoy a summer evening on the deck and in the garden! Register on Matchpoint

This Saturday July 4th, we’re providing the wooden rackets! Sign up for doubles or singles by 3pm Thursday July 2nd via the Matchpoint website under “championships” (second pic has visuals!). Don't feel like playing? Just join for the Members' Potluck Luncheon (no registration required for lunch, just let us know what you’re bringing🍽️🥗🥘🍰).

July Ladder Launch for members is here! Sign up by emailing info @ rltennis. ca, it’s free and a great way to hit with new people ☀️ 🪜 🎾 Ladder boxes are split by skill level and matches are pro-sets. 3 points/win, 1/loss and boxes adjusted monthly. All members welcome, sign up and meet more of your fellow tennis enthusiasts!

Celebrate Canada Day with a classic bbq at your club! Register by June 28th for burgers, hotdogs or vegetarian option just for $20. Bbq served from 12-1pm. And drop by for a round robin starting at 10am! Find new hitting partners, play on our beautiful clay courts, and enjoy a delicious meal at RLTC. Don't forget to wear your red and white tennis clothing!
