We’re counting down to Eventing at the Parks CCI featuring the Eastern Canadian Eventing Championships, September 25–27! While we wait for this year’s event, let’s take a look back at last year’s courses. 👀

Want to help us get this year’s courses looking their best? We’re looking for a few volunteers to help paint and freshen up our cross-country jumps this weekend, August 29 - 30.

No professional painting experience required, just a willingness to get creative and help us make the cross-country course look its best!

A huge thank you to Ferdia Equestrian for providing the beautiful coolers awarded throughout our season, and to Vision Saddlery for their help in making sure we have them ready for every winner.

We love seeing these coolers head home with so many deserving horses and riders all season long!

Entries for the Ottawa National close August 28! ⏰ There’s lots to look forward to as we head into our final Gold show of the 2026 season, including:

🏆 The $25,000 Mad Barn Grand Prix, plus a new $5,000 Open Welcome presented by The King Eddy and Lil Z’s Pizza.

🌟 Both hunters and jumpers will carry a Factor 15 rating, and almost all jumper competition will take to our grass Grand Prix field, fresh off hosting international competition at the RBC Ottawa International CSI4* CSI2*.

🥳 Hunters can look forward to plenty of feature classes throughout the week too, including the $3,500 Apple Saddlery Hunter Spectacular & Team Challenge, a chance to dress up, team up and have some fun in the ring!

🐴 As we near the end of the season, please make sure your horse’s vaccinations are still up to date. In accordance with EC A519, vaccinations are valid for competition for 6 months and 21 days from the date they were administered. If your horse’s vaccinations have expired, the last day to re-vaccinate before the Ottawa National is September 1, 2026.

Four-time U.S. Olympian Beezie Madden and HH Ice Spice claimed Sunday’s $25,000 CABANACOAST Outdoor Furniture Grand Prix at the RBC Ottawa International CSI4* CSI2*! 🏆🇺🇸

Madden joins François Lamontagne and three-time winner Stephanie Bourassa among those to claim National Grand Prix titles at Wesley Clover Parks this season. One more remains on the 2026 calendar: the $25,000 Mad Barn Grand Prix at the Ottawa National in September.

Daniel Coyle closes out the RBC Ottawa International with a win! 🏆🇮🇪

Ireland’s Coyle and Nord Face VDL claimed the US$35,000 CSI2* Canada Gold Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon at Wesley Clover Parks. Last to go in a six-horse jump-off, Coyle turned on the speed to cross the timers in 38.55 seconds and take the win aboard the eight-year-old gelding owned by Ariel Grange.

Canada’s Gavin Moylan 🇨🇦 and Lordy-P finished second, with U.S. Olympic team gold medalist Beezie Madden 🇺🇸 and Nairobi rounding out the top three.

Coyle’s victory capped off an incredible week for Ireland in Ottawa. 🇮🇪 Conor Swail won three of the four CSI4* classes aboard Casturano, while also taking Friday’s CSI2* Qualifier with Nadal Hero & DB. Together, Coyle and Swail accounted for five international victories over four days of competition!
