Ground X Jiu Jitsu

Calling all adults. We are launching the next edition of our 5 weeks Beginners only jiu jitsu course. It Starts September 14, Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 PM.

Taught by Joel and Kayla, Canada’s first American Jiu Jitsu black belts. Everyone starts on day one together, so nobody is playing catch up.
