🧘‍♀️Life has a funny way of opening doors when the timing is right.
After an injury and the beginning of a new professional chapter, I made the difficult decision to take a break from teaching yoga. While I missed it deeply, the time allowed me to heal, grow, and focus on what was in front of me.

📣 Now, I'm excited to share that I'm returning to teaching yoga once a week.

Join me for Hot Hatha Flow at Aura Yoga & Fitness on Saturdays at 9:00 AM in one of the most beautiful studios in Gatineau.
