Theme: “Developing Confident Mentors Who Build Better Coaches”

This workshop is designed to balance learning, discussion, reflection, application and community building, with sessions focused on becoming an effective mentor and supporting coaches throughout the season.

🎯 What will you learn?
Participants will develop the ability to:
🏒 Understand the responsibilities and impact of an effective coach mentor
💬 Use communication and feedback techniques that promote coach learning
🧠 Support coaches in developing leadership and decision-making skills
❤️ Foster inclusive environments that prioritize athlete well-being
🤝 Respond effectively to common coaching and mentorship challenges
📋 Facilitate reflective technical and tactical coaching conversations
