The Nepean Knights U19 Women’s Sixes Team is a competitive U17/U19 program for athletes born 2008–2012, co-coached by Julia Spitzig and Hunter Gibbons. The team will compete at OLA Sixes Provincials in October.

Athletes of all experience levels are welcome!

🥍 U19 SIXES IS BACK! 🥍

Join us for another fast, fun, and high-energy season of Olympic-style lacrosse. ⚡️

We’re looking for female athletes born 2008–2011 (2012 athletes may be considered) to join the Nepean Knights U19 Sixes program this season!

Whether you’re brand new to Sixes or already love the game, all levels of experience are welcome. Come compete, develop your skills, and experience the fast-paced style of lacrosse that’s taking the world by storm. 🌎🥍

The season starts late August and runs until October 18th. The team will take part in one weekly practice, three travel game days, and Provincials Championships October 17th-18th in Hamilton.
