🏒 U21 HOUSE LEAGUE IS BACK!
Sunday nights. More competition. More teams to play.
We’re excited to share what’s coming for the Nepean U21 House League for the 2026–2027 season!
🌙 SUNDAY NIGHT HOCKEY
U21 games will hit the ice on Sunday nights, giving players a consistent night each week to play the game they love.
🏒 CAPITAL REGION INTERLOCK
This season, Nepean U21 will once again be part of the Capital Region Interlock, giving our teams the opportunity to face other participating associations throughout the regular season.
That means new opponents, more variety, and plenty of competitive hockey throughout the year.
Whether you’ve been playing hockey for years or just want to keep competing, stay active and spend Sunday nights at the rink with your teammates, U21 House League is the place to be.

🏒 The Hockey Canada Foundation Assist Fund returns for the 2026–27 season!
Beginning August 1, 2026, eligible families can apply for up to $500 per player to help cover registration fees with a Hockey Canada-sanctioned association.
To qualify, players must:
🔴 Be registered for the 2026–27 season
🔴 Be between U7 and U18
🔴 Meet the current low-income cutoff (LICO) requirements
A total of $1.3 million is available. Applications are assessed on a first-come, first-served basis, so families are encouraged to apply early with all required income documentation.
