🚨 PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

ONC Baseball is excited to announce a partnership with TNS — The Next Step Athletic Recruitment.

This partnership is especially meaningful as TNS Founder Matt Ianni is an ONC alumnus and former Division I student-athlete. Matt and his team have already helped many Canadian athletes find opportunities, identify the right college fit, and take the next step in their careers.

At ONC, our mission goes beyond on-field development—we are committed to providing the guidance, exposure, and support players need to pursue opportunities after ONC.

Through TNS, our athletes gain an additional resource to navigate the recruiting process, increase U.S. exposure, understand academic and eligibility requirements, and manage the international student-athlete pathway.

At the same time, ONC’s College Placement Team remains a key part of every player’s recruitment. Our established relationships with college coaches across the U.S. continue to be a major strength. This partnership enhances, not replaces, that support.

By combining ONC’s network and relationships with TNS’s recruiting expertise and infrastructure, we can offer an even stronger pathway to the next level.

We’re excited to welcome Matt and the TNS team into the ONC family and continue creating more opportunities for our athletes on and off the field.

We’re excited to announce a new partnership between ONC Baseball and OSA Private School for the upcoming school year! ⚾️

ONC will be taking the lead on all baseball programming at OSA, bringing our player development staff, training philosophy, and high-performance approach directly into the school environment.

From September through June, student-athletes will train year-round with a focus on skill development, athleticism, baseball IQ, competition, and preparing each player to reach their full potential.
