🐴We're expecting a beautiful sunny day on Sunday for our Gold/Silver Dressage Show (Rescheduled from May 24). Thanks to everyone who has re-confirmed their entries from May!

New entries are welcome until midnight on Wednesday, June 24.

In addition to a Dressage Pony Cup TOC, we're running a TOC for Eventers if you would like to ride your EC Eventing tests. For two or more EC Eventing tests please let the Show Secretary know and we'll set that up for you.

We're using the Prize list and entry forms from the May 24 show which are still on the website at www.stevenscreekfarm.ca/showinformation.

Ottawa Valley riders do great in EV90 at Little Bromont. Congrats to Roxanne Valois, who won on her lovely Nintendo and congrats to 15 year old Stevens Creek rider Bethany Clark for her 3rd place finish in the Open EV90. Honourable mention to Nola Cavanagh who recently turned 13 and just completed her second EV90 finishing in 12 due to an unexpected run out. I don’t think there are too many 13 year olds going EV90 in the country. Pictures are the girls having fun at Bromont after stadium.

I Am SC Atticus

It’s kind of a fancy name for me. Beside being the name of the very courageous and principled lawyer in the famous novel ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ the name dates back to an Ancient Roman and Greek character. They gave it to me cuz they say I’m old beyond my years and I’m so rational. (That means I’m a thinker) You haven’t heard from me for awhile because my person was busy coaching at Little Bromont.

My person especially likes my big floppy ears. Sometime she wrestles with me and touches me all over and picks up my feet. She even puts her finger in my mouth! Yuck.
I included this butt picture cuz I have a great big butt. I have a springy step but it’s a bit hard to tell cuz I’m still all legs. Someday I might be a famous jumper or dressage horse with that big bum. I’m two weeks old now. My soft tendons are all better and I’m doing great. You won’t hear as much from me now cuz my days are pretty much the same. Chat soon.

The girls at Bromont. After dressage and stadium 15 year old Bethany Clark and 13 year old Nola Cavanagh are in 4th and 5th respectively in the Open EV90 division. As Juniors they would be in 2nd and 3rd. This is a video of Nola’s clear stadium. Cross country tomorrow. 🤞
