Kids Yoga for children aged aged 5-10.
Classes are Tuesday nights from 5:00-5:45 PM.

Inner Blossoming Kids Yoga will be at the City of Om tomorrow, June 1,
11-12 in the Lil Omies Zone.

Bring the kids down for a super fun class filled with singing bowls, scarfs, games, bubbles, calming exercises and the theme is, you are an instrument of sound and super powers and we are the words we think, say and do, so let’s step into our super power mode.

It is an honor to be teaching Kids Yoga at the City of Om, June 1st from 11 till 12 in the Lil Omies Zone 🧘‍♀️💝🕉️

A huge thank you to the City of Om for organizing this awesome yoga festival.

Also a huge thank you to Lululemon Rideau Centre for gifting a free outfit to the yoga teachers, I am so loving this new outfit.

Kids need yoga now more than ever.
Yoga helps children to find that inner calmness, focus, it helps to instill morals.

It’s fun, it teaches community, respect and many other valuable life lessons.

Yoga gets them started on a path of tuning in so their inner blossoming can happen, so they can step into the best version of their true self.
