MOVE HER SUMMER: WEEK 6
Another week of choosing movement, strength and community. 💛
We built, we danced, we restored—and we kept showing up for ourselves.
That is what Move Her Summer has always been about: creating a fitness routine that feels joyful, supportive and worth coming back to.
There are only a few weeks left, but there is still time!

FLVRFITT
Love AFROBEATS, DANCE, and FITNESS? Welcome to FLVRFITT! My goal is to add FLAVOUR to your fitness!
Week 5 reminded us that showing up still matters, even when the day does not unfold the way we hoped. 💛
The rain changed our plans, locations shifted, and we had to adjust. But we kept moving.
We built strength, danced through the week and made space to restore together. Because consistency is not about waiting for perfect conditions. It is about adapting, showing up and continuing to choose yourself.
Five weeks of movement, joy and women building strength and confidence together.
💪🏾 Tuesday, we build.
💃🏾 Thursday, we dance.
🌿 Saturday, we restore.
There is still time to experience Move Her Summer. Register through the link in my bio.
Nobody showed up to class today.
But I worked out anyway.
Because the class was not only just for them. It was for me too. And my body needed to move today regardless of who showed up to watch.
You don’t need the perfect conditions. You don’t need a full class. You don’t need anyone’s permission or presence to show up for yourself. You just need to decide that you matter enough to keep going.
That’s what Move Her Summer is actually about. Not just the days when the park is full and the energy is high. But the Tuesday evenings when it’s just you and the music and the choice to show up anyway.
Show up for yourself first. Every single time. 💜
Four weeks in, and we are still choosing ourselves. 💜
We are building strength, dancing without fear, slowing down when our bodies need it, and proving that consistency does not have to look perfect to count.
Move Her Summer is not about becoming a different woman overnight. It is about showing up, one class and one promise at a time, until you begin to feel stronger, more confident and more like yourself again.
There is still time to join us.
💪🏾 Tuesday, we build.
💃🏾 Thursday, we dance.
🌿 Saturday, we restore.

Three weeks in, and one thing keeps standing out…
It’s never just about the workout.
It’s about women making time for themselves.
Showing up when life is busy.
Laughing, dancing, getting stronger, and finding a community that cheers them on.
Every class is a reminder that fitness doesn’t have to feel intimidating—it can feel like joy!
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this is your invitation to join us. We’d love to have you.

There is something special about bringing FLVRFITT back to where so much of its rhythm begins 🇬🇭
This weekend, I had the opportunity to lead a workout activation at GhanaFest—surrounded by Ghanaian food, culture, music, community, and so much joy.
As a Ghanaian woman and the founder of an Afrobeats dance fitness brand, this moment meant more than simply leading a workout.
FLVRFITT is deeply connected to Ghanaian music, movement, and the energy that inspired Afrobeats. Being able to share that through fitness while giving back to my community felt full-circle.
For 15 minutes, we moved together.
Different ages. Different fitness levels. One rhythm.
Thank you to everyone who danced, smiled, and brought their energy to the FLVRFITT activation.
This is what movement, culture, and community can feel like when they meet 🇬🇭💃🏾
