SHIFT Athlete Kaden McGregor is ON THE MOVE!

Kaden has been traded from the Peterborough Petes to the Brantford Bulldogs across the OHL. Kaden finished his last season with the Petes scoring 20 points in 39 games and racking up 5 points in 5 games in the World Hockey u-17 Challenge for Team Canada White.

Meet the Coach: Rylan Donovan

The SHIFT Team is excited to announce Rylan Donovan, goalie for the uOttawa Gee Gee's, is now a goalie coach at SHIFT Performance!

Rylan has played for the Athens Aeros of the EOJHL and Kemptville 73's of the CCHL. This year, he will be playing uSports and coaching SHIFT Athletes this upcoming school year!

Defenseman Chase McAndrew split his time between the EOJHL and USPHL in the 2025-26 season, Playing for the Valley Timberwolves, Perth Blue Wings, and Somang Hockey.

Congratulations Chase, and keep up the hard work!

Congrats to SHIFT Athlete Hunter Robitaille on committing to the NCAA III with the Buffalo State University Bengals!

Hunter played 38 games with the Ottawa Jr. Senators in the CCHL, scoring 29 points with 14 goals and 15 assists.

Congratulations Hunter, and good luck next year!

A huge congratulations from the SHIFT team goes to SHIFT athlete Will Mullins for signing with the Niagara IceDogs of the OHL!

In his 2025/26 season, Will played 52 games with the Kemptville 73's scoring at a point-per-game pace with 16 goals. He was later called up for 5 games to the Niagara IceDogs.

Congrats again to SHIFT Athlete Will Mullins, and we hope this is a key advancement in your hockey career!
