Looking for a way to cool off in Constance Bay on Wednesday evening? Join me for a paddle and flow class in Buckhams Bay. We will paddle towards the end of the bay and then end with a 25 minute Sup yoga session. $10 if you have your own board, $17 if you need to rent one. 🏄🧘‍♀️ Send me a message if you are interested or if you’d like to reserve a spot.

The ice and the snow are almost gone. That means sup season is almost here. Hoping to have my first sup yoga class of the season at the end of May or beginning of June. I’ll be holding classes in three locations this season: Mooney’s Bay, Riverside south, and Constance Bay. 😎🏄‍♀️🧘

I had a great time at the 10k race yesterday at the , achieving a personal best and fourth in my age category! 😀 thanks to the organizers and volunteers! This is a great event
