We’ve been SO excited to finally share this one.

When our new sea container arrived at Barry Hawley Memorial Field, we saw a big blank canvas and knew it was the perfect opportunity to showcase our Raider pride and create something that would welcome our players, families and visitors every time they come to our field.

We were incredibly fortunate to work with Robert Lariviere to bring that idea to life, and Robbie absolutely blew us away.

From the first ideas to the finished mural, his talent and creativity were incredible to watch. He took what it means to be a Raider and turned it into something that feels completely at home at Barry Hawley.

Robbie, thank you for sharing your talent with our community and creating something our club will be proud of for years to come. We couldn’t love it more!

A little life brought back to Barry Hawley Memorial Field.

Over the past few months, a lot of work has been happening behind the scenes at our home field. Our old canteen, which had been used as storage for years, has been cleaned out, refreshed and brought back to life, and we’ve added much-needed on-site storage to help our club continue to grow.

With the hard work of our committee and the support of Steve Desroches , we were finally able to make our vision for a functional canteen and dedicated field storage a reality.

And it took a village.

Thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to get plans organized and approved. To those who rolled up their sleeves for the deep cleaning and demolition. To our carpenters, and to the incredible painting crew who showed up and got it all done in ONE day. To everyone who donated materials, sponsored our canteen, donated items to our silent auction, bid, shared and supported it. Every piece of this project happened because people stepped up.

What started as an old canteen and a need for better storage has turned into something our entire club can enjoy and be proud of.

We say it all the time, but it’s true: the Raiders are so much more than football.

We have an incredible community behind this club, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped bring a little more life back to Barry Hawley Memorial Field.

This is home. 🖤🤍
