Try this at home

At the beginning of the fall session I had asked everyone to bring in new socks to be donated to Socks Oshawa.
Last week was the end of the fall session for both my classes and all my amazing yogees brought in socks to the tune of 350 pairs!!!!! I have a generous group of people who crushed the original goal of 300.

Well done everyone!

Today I received an unexpected email from a former yogi (Josie Linton) with this message...

I just wanted to send you a note to tell you I miss your yoga classes! Since completing your classes (January 2016 session), I have been to other classes in my hometown (Sunderland & Uxbridge), and they have yet to really satisfy me like your classes did. Your classes allowed me to challenge myself, while building strength and much more! So.. Thank you very much!
