We can observe the darkness, walk through the dirty streets, and learn from what we see. Then we can use our understanding to make peace with the world. When we learn, through meditation, to calm our minds in the midst of confusion, discomfort, or pain, we are learning to emerge from the muck with our compassion and our light in tact. We are learning to see and accept what is true without being overwhelmed by it, and in this way we can bring some healing to ourselves and to our world.

We will meditate a little, use breathing techniques, and gently stretch and tone our bodies. Then deeply relax setting a calming healing energy for your day.
