6:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays we consistently have several black belts 🥋 on the mats sharing their knowledge
We highly encourage everyone to stick around open mat after and come test your skills, by far the fastest way to get immediate feedback and improve.

Without people who consistently show up for themselves and their teammates, a martial arts gym has no heartbeat
The impact martial arts has on us can't be measured in square footage or the number of rounds we put in. It's found in the conversations after class, the healthy competition, the solidarity when someone is struggling.
To every member who walks through our doors, steps onto the mats/gets in the ring, and contributes to this community:

NEW GUEST INSTRUCTOR‼️
We’re incredibly excited to welcome Professor Josh Boodhoo to GBOE! 🥋
A competitive black belt with major accolades across IBJJF, ADCC, and AJP tournaments, Professor Josh brings a wealth of high-level competition experience to our mats, notably winning the IBJJF European No-Gi Worlds at Brown Belt.
For the next 3–4 months, Professor Josh will be on the mats with us every Monday and Thursday evening, teaching both our kids’ and adult BJJ classes.
We encourage all of our students to take full advantage of his time here: Get on the mats, ask questions, and elevate your Jiu-Jitsu alongside a world-class athlete.

Shout out to all our members who made it out this saturday for our Summer BBQ! 🔥🔥
Martial arts have a way of bringing people together. The tough rounds, competitions, the grind: they're all part of what makes this gym special. But at the end of the day, it's the people that truly make a gym what it is.
We're grateful for a community that consistently shows up and pushes each other to become better versions of ourselves. We hope to see you at our next one!! 👊
