Day 4 is underway. The girls are learning how to fuel and hydrate their bodies for performance and some team building as well. Finishing off the week strong 💪 🏒

Day 3 is under way. A slightly cloudy/rainy day won't stop us from helping these young ladies prepare for their season.

Both are past OFHD camp participants and are competing at the U22 Lacrosse Nationals in Ontario with Team Alberta.

Good luck, ladies! Play hard, have fun, and enjoy every moment. We’ll be rooting for you every step of the way! 🍁🏆

Day 2 is in the books. All players are now into a routine and lots of laughing and smiling faces around the rink. Getting ready for their seasons.

Okotoks female hockey development was created in 2007 with the focus on developing female athletes from U9 to U18AAA, including goalies.

Our program helps young female athletes to learn the importance of teamwork, hard work, and comradery. The lessons are carried on in life and in sport.

Registration is now open for the12th Annual Summer Hockey Camp August 11-15, 2025

We are excited to announce will be offering PEP (Power Edge Pro) with Meaghan Mikkelson. We will be powering our female athletes just like the Pros.
