Mindful eating isn’t about perfection,  it’s about slowing down, being present, and nourishing your body with intention instead of distraction.

Before your first bite,

1️⃣ Eliminate all distractions. I know it's hard not to multitask

2️⃣ Take a moment of silence, breathe deeply for 3 - 5 full breaths

3️⃣ Set an intention, give thanks and gratitude

4️⃣ Chew each bite slowly, around 20 chews per bite allowing your body to properly digest, absorb, and connect with the food you’re consuming.

Eating with awareness transforms a meal into a practice of gratitude, health, and self-respect.
