Through preexisting biomechanical studies, encompass ltd has been able to determine the most effective angles at which one should pedal at throughout an entire revolution of the bike crank. encompass ltd has created a unique mechanism that resembles a cam structure, which is designed to control the angle at which an individual is pedaling. The mechanism changes the angle of the pedal as the rider applies force onto the pedal. By automatically adjusting the angle at which the rider is pedaling, the mechanism ensures that the individual is always pedaling at the accurate angle, thus maximizing power output and reducing strain on the human body. encompass ltd is governed by a Board of Directors and an executive staff in order to manage and control the daily operations of the business. The Board of Directors is comprised of Shad Valley International Students - Syed Kamran and Richard Zhang as the co-chairs of the board, Alvin Janes as the chair of the technical committee, Vyoma Shah as the chair of the audit committee, Yanxiu Wu as the chair of the finance committee, and Rhea D’Souza, Jean Ji, Minji Kim, Joyce Lu, Pallavi Singh, and Alex Newman as general directors.
