Turn simple movements into serious work by adding load and slowing everything down. This is strength + conditioning with zero fluff.

Format: 40 sec work / 20 sec rest
Rounds: 3–4

Push-ups hit harder, squats burn deeper, lunges demand control, step-ups build power, mountain climbers spike conditioning, and burpees finish you off—no momentum, just pure effort.

⚡ Pro Tip

If you can’t keep perfect form, the vest is too heavy. Earn the intensity before you increase it.
