This past Spring, we launched our inaugural Técnica Spring Break Camp, bringing together passionate young players for five days of elite coaching, technical development, guest speakers, specialized trainers, and experiences designed to develop the complete athlete.
The energy, enthusiasm, and growth throughout the week exceeded all of our expectations, and we’re proud of what our players accomplished both on and off the field.

Training with purpose 👀
Coaches often rush players through drills chasing speed, when the real improvement comes from understanding why and when to use the movement.
In this specific drill, we’re focusing on the simplest yet best move in soccer, “the cut”.
It’s surprising how many players who play at the “top level” in their respective age group struggle with this action.
We focus on slowing it down, getting your head up after your initial touch, and selling the fake with your eyes.
It sounds easy — but doing this at game speed with composure is a whole different story. That’s where elite players separate themselves.
At Tecnica, we focus on helping players master the details first, because the speed and efficiency will follow.

⚽️ We are delighted to have Ella feature as the technical lead for our girls training group. Ella is an active member of UBC Women’s Soccer and will be returning to coach for our summer block this July.
💫 Ella was undoubtedly one of the most hardworking and dedicated talented players we’ve had the opportunity to coach at Técnica. We look forward to having her onboard to now give back to the future generation of ballers coming through Winnipeg 🙌🏼
