✨ MAT PILATES IS COMING TO TOTS! ✨

While most of our fall classes begin next week, Mat Pilates will be joining the Tots schedule a little later!

We’re starting with two special one-off trial classes:

🌙 Monday, September 14 at 7:30 p.m.
☀️ Wednesday, September 16 at 8:30 a.m.

Join our wonderful instructor Anna for a welcoming Mat Pilates class designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your core and pelvic floor.

Based on the response to these trials, we’re hoping to introduce a regular multi-week Mat Pilates session beginning in early October. These one-off classes are the perfect opportunity to try it out!

Calling all Little Superheroes! We’ve rescheduled our Superheroes Parties! The new date will be Sunday, Sept. 13th!
Suit up in your superhero best and join us for an action-packed morning of fun at Tots North Van!
Enjoy superhero games, crafts, our big white bouncy castle, a special cupcake treat and an unforgettable visit from a mystery superhero!
Please note, socks are required to be work by everyone (adults included) and grippy socks are best for little ones.

Our 6 Week Mama Workout Series is designed so you can take time for yourself while your little one enjoys supervised play on the Tots side of the studio.
And the best part? The excited hugs and smiling faces when you’re reunited at the end of class. ❤️☺️
