The NSIHL is a co-ed inline hockey league for boys and girls from 5 to 17 years of age. It is a fasted-paced, 4-on-4, high-scoring game.
We operate on Vancouver's North Shore each spring, from about the end of March to the end of June, (just before school finishes). Inline is similar to ice hockey except it is played on roller blades, is non-contact, and there are no offsides or icing. Our emphasis is on participation, balance, and fun. NSIHL is Canada’s largest non-profit inline hockey league, serving nearly 900 youth and 400 adults every year while providing affordable, accessible opportunities for players of all ages.
Proposed renovations at Karen Magnussen Recreation Centre would displace the league and put the future of inline hockey on the North Shore at serious risk.
Your support matters very much right now, and we are urgently asking you to SIGN THE PETITION to help protect NSIHL and keep inline hockey alive in our community.

Congrats to our 14U North Shore Zulu team who won the Platinum division at the 2026 NARCh Finals, defeating the Corona Bulldogs by a score of 8-1 in the championship game. This makes Zulu back to back 14U Platinum champions!

Highlights from the Division A semifinal between North Shore Academy and Handsworth Secondary at the annual NSIHL High School Tournament.
North Shore Academy came away with a 9-6 victory here and went on to defeat Burnaby Central in the Division A final to claim the championship!
