CONGRATULATIONS, HOWARD ROGERS!

The North Shore Indians Lacrosse Club would like to congratulate Howard Rogers on receiving the West Coast Junior Lacrosse League Chris Baker Memorial Spirit of Lacrosse Award for the 2026 box lacrosse season!

The Chris Baker Memorial Spirit of Lacrosse Award recognizes a player who truly exemplifies the spirit of the game — someone who demonstrates competitiveness, sportsmanship, respect, and a genuine love for lacrosse.

The recipient is a player who earns the respect of not only their own teammates, but also the teams they compete against. Through the way they approach the game, carry themselves, and step onto the floor, they personify what the Creator’s Game is all about.

This season, the North Shore Indians had the opportunity to vote for the recipient of this special award, and proudly selected Howard Rogers.

Congratulations, Howard, and thank you for showing up, representing North Shore, and putting on a show throughout the 2026 season!

We look forward to seeing you back on the floor next season!

Our Home. Our History. Our Game.

THE END OF AN ERA. THE BEGINNING OF ANOTHER.

The 2026 North Shore Indians Lacrosse season has officially come to an end, marking the conclusion of an incredible summer of box lacrosse.

But this season represents something even bigger.

It marks the final season the North Shore Indians will ever play on the floor of the original Harry Jerome — a floor where decades of stories were written, friendships were made, championships were chased, and generations shared their love for the Creator’s Game.

It’s a place where legends were made — many of whom have returned to give their experience, knowledge, and love for the game back to the generations following in their footsteps.

In 2026, our Junior B, Senior C, and Senior B all had the opportunity to step onto that floor one last time and leave their own mark on its history.

And what a season it was.

3 Teams.
92 Rostered Players.
10 Junior B Call-Ups.
102 Player Appearances.
69 Games.
19 Home Games.
408 Goals.

Every number represents a story. A goal. A save. A hit. A celebration. A bus ride. A practice. A friendship. A memory.

Most importantly, they represent the people who kept the heart of this club beating.

To our fans, families, volunteers, coaching staff, and everyone who supported the North Shore Indians throughout the season — thank you.

And most importantly, thank you to our players.

Without the players who put on the jersey, pick up their sticks, step onto the floor, and represent North Shore, the heart of this club would struggle to beat.

To all the stories, friendships, wins, losses, lessons, laughter, love, and excitement that filled the original Harry Jerome over the years:

Thank you.

One floor's story may be coming to an end, but the story of the North Shore Indians Lacrosse Club continues.

A new floor awaits.
A new generation is growing.
And there are many more stories still to be written.

Our Home. Our History. Our Game.
