🎨 F45NV KIDS SWEAT TOWEL DESIGN COMPETITION 2.0

We’re running it back!

School doesn’t go back for another five weeks, so here’s something to keep the kids busy for at least 20 minutes 😆

We’re giving the kids of F45NV another chance to design our next official studio sweat towel.

Grab a design sheet from the studio, hand over the colouring supplies and return their masterpiece by Sunday, August 30.

The winning design will be turned into our next run of F45 North Vancouver sweat towels!

💦 Two Super Soakers 🔫
🎨 Three towels featuring their winning design: one for them and two for their parents or special people

Once entries close, the F45NV team will choose three finalists before handing it over to our Instagram community to vote for the winner.

One entry per child. All entries will be displayed in the studio.

Entries open Wednesday, August 5 and close Sunday, August 30.

What a morning! Huge thanks to everyone who showed up, dressed up, laughed, trained hard, and made today’s Hollywood workout such an awesome celebration.

From colourful outfits and plenty of smiles to an epic session on the floor, today was a reminder that fitness is so much more than a workout—it’s about community, connection, and having fun together.

🌍⚽️ F45 SUMMER KICKOFF CHALLENGE: GLOBAL EDITION ⚽️🌍

One of the biggest sporting events in the world is happening right on our doorstep this summer… so we figured we’d make a month of it 🔥🔥🔥

From June 22 – July 21 we’re turning the studio into a football-themed global training challenge built around consistency, community, and a bit of friendly chaos.

Normally our challenges are $45, but we know summer gets busy (and expensive), so we wanted to make this one easy for everyone to jump into.

That’s just over 3 sessions per week.
