Lightning Cheer is the perfect combination of tumbling, acrobatics and dance! With programs for beginners to advanced, there is a place for every athlete to learn, grow and experience the excitement of taking the competition floor.

Along the way, athletes will:
• Gain strength and flexibility
• Improve their confidence and communication skills
• Experience the excitement of competition
• Build lifelong friendships with their teammates

Programs available for the 2026–2027 season:

Cheer Abilities — Ages 7+ — 1 out of town competition
All-Star Prep — Ages 5–16 — 1-3 out of town competitions
All-Star — Ages 8–16- 4 -5 competitions — tryout required
Open — Ages 16+ — tryout required

Congratulations to both our men's and women's competitive teams on their outstanding performances at their last meets of the season! The men's team attended the Woodbridge Invitational and the girls were off to Orillia's Sunshine Classic June 4-6, 2026.

We are beyond proud of our incredible Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Team from North Bay, who represented Apollo Gymnastics at the Level 3-5 Ontario Championships in Alliston, Ontario from May 1–3, 2026.

Competing against some of the top athletes in Ontario, Apollo gymnasts delivered an exceptional championship weekend filled with outstanding performances, personal achievements, and provincial success.
