I dont know about other coaches, but I am always think about my teammates and how their lives are going.

Alot of my life is spent on the mats, so that is where I have made my adult friends 🧡

Ferris Family Martial Arts has Fight Night, an organized open roll and randori for grapplers, bjj practitioners, and judoka.

This week's session will be themed "You brought a gun to a gi fight" and feature an in house "competition" where a gun is thrown in the match.
