This mornings chair class was exactly what we all needed! Starting with dim lights to help relax the nervous system followed by positive movement and great breath work.
This class focuses on mobility and longevity of the major joints and the spine.

Okay… George St. Bear LOVES to get out!!! High fives and hugs are his favourite! We had so much fun at The Bay Block Party!!! We got to see so many familiar faces and a bunch of new ones too!!!

We had an amazing weekend on the mats with Professor Steve Poulin! Steve owns The Submission Academy in London Ontario and we are always so happy when he drops in to visit us!!

We have had an amazing summer thanks to these amazing people!! Gabby and Cienna absolutely rocked camps and made sure every child had a great summer! These girls worked incredibly well together and we couldn’t have asked for better camp leaders!!!
