Join us beginning August 4th at our new St. Catharines location, central to all the areas!! Ample parking and lots of room to grow!!

We are NOT leaving you Thorold! Our existing space at 24 Front St. S will become our room temp studio!! Yoga, mat Pilates & Barre!! All the same great classes and teachers just no infrared heat!! Opening September 15!!

We anticipate a short reformer interruption, July 28 - August 3! Then we will welcome you in our new home!!
