To those standing on the podium with medals around their necks… enjoy that moment. You earned it.

To those who came up short today… remember this: losing doesn’t define you. Quitting does.

You stepped up. You fought hard. You gained experience.

And next time, you come back sharper, tougher, and stronger.

Happy Father’s Day to all the Warrior dads.

To the first coaches, toughest training partners, loudest supporters, and strongest role models, thank you for everything you do on and off the mats.

You teach discipline, resilience, respect, and heart.

And somehow… you still win every argument with “Because I said so.” 😄
