We had the incredible opportunity to meet Mark, President of RapidShot, while the High Speed Hockey rebuild was underway!

We spent some time learning about the RapidShot system, how it works, and the impact it can have on developing players. We were blown away by what we learned and couldn’t wait to bring this experience back to our HSH community!

We’re so excited to share more with our players, families, and hockey community as we continue building something special at High Speed Hockey.

A huge thank you to Mark for taking the time to meet with us, share his knowledge, and give us a behind-the-scenes look at RapidShot. We truly appreciate you! 🙌🏒

Trust YOUR Process

Not every shift will be easy. Not every shot will find the net. But every challenge, every mistake, and every hard fought moment is making you stronger.

Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s. Keep your head up, trust your work, and keep pushing when it gets tough. Go at your own pace 👊🏻

🏒🔥 NEWMARKET EARLY BIRD… WHAT A WEEKEND! 🔥🏒

Rock, paper, scissors showdown with Coach Nick… and yep, athletes did push ups if they lost! 😂💪

We had a blast watching players open TJ Twigs, cheered on our HSH athletes, and made SO many new friends along the way! 🙌

Every team worked hard and gave it their all 👊🏻 The energy was unreal and we had an absolute blast! 💥

A big THANK YOU to Weekend Hockey Tournaments and the Newmarket Minor Hockey for having us out! 💙🏒
