New West Challenger Baseball

What an athlete! Catching flyballs and sunrays at the same time ⚾️🌞

Where there is a will, there is a way to play baseball. Challenger Baseball is a fun & safe environment for children and youth with physical and/or cognitive disabilities. This year, we have players from 5 to 25 years old!

Do you think this modified T-ball game could be right for your child? Come by and watch a game and see all the fun for yourself.

Playing most Sundays from 11am to 12 noon at Terry Hughes Park (Glenbrook Middle School field).

Every year, all the Challenger Baseball teams across BC get together for a day of pizza, music, fun, baseball, and hopefully some sun for the BC Challenger All Star Series.

Do you know someone who wants to make a difference in the local community?! Challenger Baseball is an adaptive baseball program for kiddos and youth with cognitive or physical disabilities.

Buddies volunteer one on one with kiddos (players) in the program to create a fun, safe, and friendly environment for kiddos to play games, learn skills, and build friendships. Anyone 14 or older can participate as a volunteer and there is NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED for baseball or adaptive work. ⚾️

We are looking for 17 more volunteers so that we can allow more kiddos to register for Challenger Baseball in New Westminster! Please let your friends and family know. It's 1 hour per week for 9 total sessions. Let us know if you have any questions. 😀
