Prior to their travel day; The Ramblerettes took in a round robin game this evening at the 2026 Canadian Little League Championship happening at the newly renovated Cameron Bowl in Glacé Bay.

Team Ontario bested the Glacé Bay Colonels this evening however the two Cape Breton teams (Sydney Sooners representing as team Atlantic alongside host Glacé Bay MacDonald Colonels) have been putting up a good fight on the national stage this week.

Congratulations to all involved in the renovations of the Cameron Bowl and the ex*****on of hosting this world class national tournament. Baseball is thriving in Cape Breton.

This weekend, your Ramblerettes hit the road for their biggest four game set of the season.

In a clash of the titans three way matchup The Ramblerettes take on The Hammonds Plains A’s and The Yarmouth Gateway Girls on Saturday. A preview of what awaits these three teams as they’ll meet in tier 1 provincials in New Waterford at the end of the month.

Sunday lines The Ramblerettes up against The Truro Bearcats (Red) for a double header on their way back home.

The season has been building to these games and the girl’s have been hard at work preparing. Time to set a tone heading into Provincials and leave it all on the field.
