The girls had a tough loss yesterday in their last pool play game. Ended up 5th so they have a long day ahead of them today to medal but I know they have what it takes. First game 9am vs Brampton. Go get 'em girls!

2 amazing wins yesterday with a 12-2 win over the Waterloo Ghosts and 9-5 win over Tavistock!
Playing in sauna like heat all the girls played great and contributed their all to the teams success.
Next game is today at 1pm against South Ottawa. Stay cool team and let's keep that Express train rolling! 🚂🥎

The girls are in Windsor for Provincials this weekend. They have worked hard all summer and have brought home some hardware but this is where it counts. Pool games Friday at 1pm and 5pm, Saturday at 1pm.

The girls ended up with Silver at their Qualifiers today. Not the result they were looking for against a good Brampton team who they beat the night before but they played a solid game and never gave up. Great job girls! On to provincials in 2 weeks in Windsor. GO EXPRESS!

2 big wins today for the girls today. 8-7 over Oshawa and 15-7 over Brampton in the undefeated game. Gold medal game tomorrow at 2pm. Go Express!

Beautiful evening last night at Lakefront Park West in Oshawa for our U17 East Qualifier tournament.

First game at Qualifiers in Oshawa last night. 13-0 win over Stittsville. The girls played an awesome game from top to bottom. The girls play at 4pm today. Updates to follow!

Great weekend so far at Pan Jam III in Ajax. Girls finished 1st in their pool. 1st playoff game at 8am tomorrow.
