Parents are welcome to stay and watch, or drop off your athlete and run errands!

📍 Location & Parking: Placements are at the Aspengrove School Junior School Gym (directly behind the main building at 7660 Clark Drive).
Staying to watch? Use Entrance #2 for visitor parking in the main lot.
Dropping off? Use Entrance #1 to access the roundabout for quick drop-off and pick-up.

Missed registration? Don't worry! You can still attend, just come a few minutes early to get registered at the door, or send us a quick message before you arrive!

Registration is officially OPEN for our inaugural season, and we have some massive updates for our competitive athletes! 📣✨

We have officially locked in our Team Placement Day for Sunday, August 16th in the Lounge at the Beban Social Centre! Take a look at the flyer to see the exact schedule groups based on birth years so you can map out your day.

Important Note: This specific placement schedule is strictly for our competitive tracks (Prep and Novice teams). If your athlete is joining us for our recreational program this season, you do not need to attend placements on August 16th!

Ready to lock in your spot? There are two quick steps to complete:

Step 2: Head over to our website for the official Registration Link & Enrolment Form to secure your athlete’s spot on a team for the season.

EARLY BIRD PERK: Complete Step 2 by July 15th and you’ll receive $50 off your first month of team tuition!

Our final cutoff for enrollment and payment is Sunday, August 9th so we can finalize our placement groups.

Wow, last night was absolutely incredible! Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our first parent information session.

I was so excited to connect with all of you that I completely forgot to take any photos, but my heart is so full after getting to share the deep passion behind why Royal Cheer Academy exists. I am so incredibly proud of the positive, empowering culture we are bringing to this community, and meeting some of the wonderful families who will be part of this journey was the absolute best part of the night.

A very special shout-out goes to my 10 year old daughter, who truly helped bring this vision to life. From helping me design the posters to setting up the drink table and meticulously placing fast facts cards on every single chair, she was the ultimate assistant!

It was also such a beautiful moment at the end of the night when some of our amazing parents and athletes jumped right in to help stack all the chairs. That teamwork is exactly what RCA is all about.

Since I was living in the moment and missed my chance at a photo op, did anyone happen to snap a few pictures during the meeting? If you did, please drop them in the comments below! We would love to see them and share the memories.

Current status: 100 tabs open on my laptop, approximately 1047 tabs open in my brain, and a Google Doc titled, "How to hold yourself together while building a cheer gym."

Because turns out, birthing a brand new cheer academy involves slightly fewer sparkly elements and significantly more corporate paperwork, legal emails, and waiting on official documents than they show you in the movies. Who knew?

But in between the fine print and the coffee refills, I keep coming back to the "why." Cheerleading is something I am so deeply passionate about, and building this space for our community means the world to me. I want a place where our athletes can push limits, build confidence, and find their second family. Every single late night and stressful phone call is driven by the determination to bring this vision to life for all of you.

Speaking of the vision: things are moving! We currently have our eyes on a space and are making an offer. Nothing is completely set in stone yet, and because I like to be prepared, I am still actively hunting for the perfect Plan B just in case. But we are pushing forward every single day.

While the walls are getting sorted, the human element is already locked in. I have curated an absolutely wonderful team of coaches who are currently getting certified, sharpening their skills, and getting ready to coach you and your little ones.

And yes, I did say you, too. Our upcoming parents' team is going to be the absolute bomb. So start stretching, and get your sneakers ready!

Thank you all for trusting the process, riding the wave with me, and being part of this journey from day one. We are building something special, and I can't wait to welcome you all home to RCA.
