Practice #1 is in the books, and we could not be more excited about the group we have coming together for Kamloops.
We’re taking three high-level Caged Athletics teams, and after getting everyone on the field for the first time, one thing is already clear — there is a ton of talent in this program.
Over the next six weeks, these players are going to put in the work. We’re going to compete, develop, clean up the little things and prepare the right way so that when we get to Kamloops, we’re ready to make some noise.
What has us most excited is the group as a whole. An elite coaching staff, an incredible group of supportive parents, and a seriously talented collection of young ballplayers all coming together with the same goal.
This trip is about more than just showing up for a tournament. It’s about preparing like a high-level team, competing together, representing Caged Athletics the right way, building a strong team culture and creating an experience these kids will remember for a long time.

What a four days.
This has easily been one of our best camps yet, and it’s because of the incredible athletes who walked out on the field every single day.
The talent, enthusiasm, work ethic and dedication these athletes brought to the field was unbelievable to watch. Every day they pushed themselves, challenged each other, soaked up coaching and continued to get better. Seeing that kind of commitment and passion for the game is exactly why we love doing what we do.
We couldn’t be happier with how the past four days went. The future of softball on Vancouver Island is looking VERY bright!
A HUGE thank you to every player, parent and coach who helped make our first annual Vancouver Island Elite Softball Camp something we will never forget. Your support, energy and trust in us means more than you know.
This is just the beginning.

Huge congratulations to the Mid Island Pirates Junior Team on winning the PBL Junior Provincial Championship!
What an incredible accomplishment for this group of athletes, coaches, and families. A championship like this is earned through commitment, compete, teamwork, and the ability to show up when it matters most — and this team did exactly that.
From the work put in all season, to going undefeated in playoffs, the Pirates represented Mid Island baseball with pride and proved they belong at the top.
Congratulations to every player, coach, and family involved. Enjoy this one — you earned it.

🏆 Congratulations to all of our Summer Flag League Champions! 🏆
What an incredible season. This was, without a doubt, the best Summer Flag League we’ve ever had.
From our biggest registration numbers yet, to amazing food trucks, and games filled with major fireworks on the field, this summer was something special.
We saw teams that dominated from Week 1 all the way to the finals, and we also witnessed incredible Cinderella playoff runs that reminded everyone why we love this game. In flag football, any team can win at any moment, and that’s exactly what makes this league so exciting.
Thank you to every athlete who competed, every family who supported from the sidelines, our coaches, officials, and everyone who helped make this season such a success.

The final day of Summer Flag is set. Titles are on the line, stat races are heating up, and every division has players ready to make one last statement.
🏆 Peewee Championship�Huskies vs Dolphins�Players to watch: Grady Cutler has been unreal with 14 passing TDs, 10 receiving TDs, and 4 INTs. Benson Horncastle is right there with 13 passing TDs, 6 receiving TDs, and 4 INTs.
🏆 Jr. Bantam Championship�Huskies vs Dolphins�Players to watch: Tyson Rainey and Riley Fisher are tied at the top with 10 passing TDs, Xavier Anderson leads the division with 11 receiving TDs, and Mason Elliott has been a problem up front with 4 sacks.
🏆 Bantam Championship�Eagles vs Dolphins�Players to watch: Tyson Rainey leads all Bantams with 18 passing TDs, Maverick Henley has 14 passing TDs and 6 INTs, and Declan Lane leads the receiving race with 6 TDs.
🏆 Midget Championship�Huskies vs Blaze�Players to watch: Maverick Henley leads the division with 15 passing TDs, Seth Heinrichs has 11, Jimbo Coco leads with 6 receiving TDs, and Hayden Louwers leads with 4 INTs.
