Thoughts for 2026… a shift in mindset.
~ Many have come and gone, some leave, and come back. Regardless of your reasons for taking a pause, purpose will trump excuses. Taekwondo does not disappear, but waits patiently for commitment to return. Discipline is always stronger than excuses.
