I also had several other orders of cupcakes and cakes that I totally forgot to get pictures of. Lol. Anyway a decadent gluten free chocolate cake. Some gluten free and dairy free red velvet cupcakes for the Swifty and a regular vanilla cake filled with raspberry compote and covered in white chocolate buttercream for the golfer.

Another lovely day for a wedding. Inside are moist vanilla cakes filled with a velvety custard, mmm mmm!

I know a few of you have contacted me over the last few weeks about orders and I am ever so grateful that you have had patience to deal with the delay in response while I have been on holiday. I just wanted to share our view at sunset this evening. Uluru, Northern Territory, Australian Outback.

Sent this beauty out on the past weekend. Inside is a gluten free vanilla cake. It was for a special lady’s birthday so I chose a bright orangey yellow to make her smile!

Some special cupcakes heading out for a grad party that have some delicious combinations. Carrot cake with salted caramel buttercream, vanilla with coffee buttercream and a gluten and dairy free orange creamsicle with vanilla buttercream. Yum!

She wanted a Grinch birthday cake. She got a Grinch birthday cake. No one argues with a two year old. 😂 Inside is a vanilla cake with cookies and cream buttercream filling. Cake #3 for the weekend!

This beauty went out to a “Love In Bloom” bridal shower. The special thing is that this lemon blueberry cake is both gluten and dairy free. With a bit of work I have been able to adjust my icing to make a dairy free mock Swiss meringue buttercream and I must say this did turn out nice.
