Full Year Novice is an 8-month intro designed for athletes ready to experience the excitement of being part of a team. Athletes will build the foundations of cheer through stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions, and performance. 🤸

Our goal is to create a space where every athlete feels valued, included, and empowered. Whether they're stepping onto the mat for the first time or continuing to build their skills, Cheer Abilities is all about teamwork, confidence, and having fun. 💫

MUSIC, MOVEMENT & NEW FRIENDS 🦈🩵

Introducing Move & Play, our brand new class at CSSNL East! This 50 minute class uses music, games, and play to create a fun filled learning environment, with a parent or guardian right there to help.

Little ones will develop fine and gross motor skills while exploring how their bodies move, all while practicing early social skills like listening, sharing, and taking turns. It's the perfect first step into an active, playful routine! 🤸
