Happy Wellness Wednesday!!
Speaking of wellness, recently, I had to do inventory as to what was in alignment with me and what was not. I've had to look at where my time is getting allocated and what is working, and what is not.
Due to my personal schedule shifting with work, I had to make the decision to focus my time and energy on my Yoga and Zumba classes being held out of the Edmonton Garrison.
These are never easy decisions to make and The Honey Om is still an extension of Kristy Wiebe Yoga, it's just time to focus my services at locations that are most in alignment with my current situation.

🐝If you have been enjoying my classes, I also teach at the Edmonton Garrison in the evenings during the week. Including Zumba!

💜I have been rebuilding the Yoga program at the Edmonton Garrison Rec Center over the last year which has been a success for both myself and the Garrison Rec Center. PM me if you'd like further details on how to register for the classes.

🐝And with my focus shifting towards the following I've built at the Edmonton Garrison, there will be less classes offered in Morinville due to low enrollment.
