Spencer Norrie and Rylan Price finished in 2nd place this past Thursday in Golf Manitoba's Men's Four-Ball Championship at Buffalo Point firing a great round of 66.

Darren Hesom teamed up with Rylan Gordon and finished in 9th place with a 70.

A total of 108 golfers came out for our 2026 Mixed Open. It is amazing to be inside the new clubhouse.

Firing a sizzling 63 Dale and Sonya Giesbrecht won by 3 over Spencer Norrie/Cailin Enns (66). Finishing in 3rd place with another sub 70 round was Skylar and Courtney Thomas (69).

Congrats to Brooks Glawson and Rhett Dyck!

13 & Under - Brooks Glawson had an amazing round posting a 82 to win the division by 2 strokes over Ryder Verwey (84). Jett Edwards finished in 3rd place with a score of 86.

14 & Over - Rhett Dyck carded 2 birdies and an eagle on 15 on his way to a round of 73 to win the 14+ Division by 2 strokes of Darren Hesom. Brady Winslow came in 3rd with a round of 85.

What a weekend to host our 2026 Club Championship. The weather was perfect, the golf was spectacular.

Congrats to Spencer Norrie, Murray Braun, and Sonya Giesbrecht (Junior Results to follow tomorrow).

Championship Division: Spencer Norrie took home the crown with rounds of 67-70. Rylan Price made a charge on the second day finishing in 2nd with rounds of 74-70. Rounding out the top 3 with a two day total of 153 was Dale Giesbrecht.

Senior Division (55+): Murray Braun played steady all weekend long on his way to 80-76 to win the 2026 Senior Division. Mark Jordan moved up the leaderboard into 2nd place on Day 2 with rounds of 83-81. In 3rd place with a two day total of 165 was Rob Reimer

Ladies Division: Sonya Giesbrecht (79-81) put on a clinic to win the Ladies Division by 11 strokes. Cindy Dick (92-79) had great Sunday round to finish in 2nd place. Deb Zacharias secured her spot on the podium in 3rd place with a two day total of 180.

The 2026 MorWin Cup is set to take place on September 13th. Congrats to the following 7 golfers qualifying for the 2026 MorWin Team: Spencer Norrie, Rylan Price, Derek Wiebe, Mackenzie Hamm, Phillip Petkau, Geoff Sutton, and Dale Giesbrecht

Day 1 of our 2026 Club Championship is in the books. Spencer Norrie (70), Rob Reimer (79) and Sonya Giesbrecht (79) lead their divisions going into Day #2.
