Ryan Gottselig.was a 3 time All-Canadian football player with the U of S Huskies and recognized the direct link between athletic performance and commitment to proper training. With degrees in Kinesiology and Education as well as Canadian Personal Trainer Certification, he began training Saskatoon athletes, before moving to Moose Jaw. Ryan has trained Moose Jaw area athletes for 15 years, from p*e wee to professional.
