Big shoutout to Alain for the work he put in over the last few months đź’Ş

Alain had already lost a lot of weight on his own before we started working together.

The problem?

He had hit a plateau.

No real training structure.
Very limited nutrition knowledge.
Years of tendinitis.
Stiff hips and restricted mobility that affected both his training and daily life.

Despite working a physically demanding construction job, he committed to the process and trusted the plan.

The result:

✔️ 161 lbs → 151 lbs
✔️ Stronger in the gym
✔️ Better mobility and movement quality
✔️ Tendinitis that had been bothering him for years is no longer limiting him
✔️ More control and confidence in his body

The biggest lesson from Alain’s transformation?

167 lbs at 29% body fat → 137 lbs and completely transformed.

But this transformation was about WAY more than weight loss.

He:

âś” became disciplined
âś” stopped smoking
âś” started putting himself first

And the craziest part?

You can literally see the difference in his confidence and self-esteem.

This wasn’t a quick fix.
This was months of consistency, structure, and choosing himself over excuses.

Your weight went up 2 pounds overnight?

Relax.
That’s not 2 pounds of fat.

Your body weight fluctuates daily because of:
• Water retention
• Sodium intake
• Stress
• Sleep
• Digestion
• Glycogen storage

The scale only tells you your total body weight.
It does NOT tell you:
– how much muscle you gained
– how much fat you lost
– or whether your plan is actually working.

That’s why obsessing over the scale every morning is one of the biggest mistakes I see.

Look at:

âś” Measurements
âś” Gym performance
âś” Weekly averages

Not one random weigh-in.

Stop letting the scale control your mood!

Huge shoutout to Liam for absolutely crushing this transformation 👊

212 lbs at 22% body fat → 180 lbs at 12%.

This didn’t happen from doing random workouts or starving himself.

We built structure.
Dialed in his training.
Fixed his nutrition.
And stayed consistent week after week.
