The best time is now. But you already knew that.
How useful are those movements to your everyday life… 🤷🏽♀️some will debate that they are.
But their value doesnt solely rely on your ability to do them.
Learning these movement will build you not only physiologically (strength, speed, power) but neurologically (balance, coordination, agility).
So while you are young youll see their value in what they can do to your body, we know your future self will thank you.
Because your ability to live independently as you get older is equal part of both.
We want to decrease your risk of falling, but if you do we want you to be strong enough to get past it.
So next time someone says olympic weightlifting is useless, youll know why they are not.

We want you to live your fullest, happiest and hopefully with the least amount of regret life.
What does fitness, nutrition and lifestyle have to do with that?
EVERYTHING.
Because at some point it will become too late.
Some people cant go on trip, cant play with their grandkids, cant enjoy a meal with their significant other, live independently, etc.
And while there is A LOT we can still do and improve as we age, there is a lot we can do now to prevent ever getting to that point.
