The best time is now. But you already knew that.

How useful are those movements to your everyday life… 🤷🏽‍♀️some will debate that they are.

But their value doesnt solely rely on your ability to do them.
Learning these movement will build you not only physiologically (strength, speed, power) but neurologically (balance, coordination, agility).

So while you are young youll see their value in what they can do to your body, we know your future self will thank you.
Because your ability to live independently as you get older is equal part of both.
We want to decrease your risk of falling, but if you do we want you to be strong enough to get past it.

So next time someone says olympic weightlifting is useless, youll know why they are not.

The CrossFit Effect - Victor

Just like nutrition, CrossFit works from the inside out.

Doing things you never thought possible is one of the best part of the CrossFit effect.

Getting to share that and celebrate it for yourself or someone else is truly amazing.

The running gag at Wonderland is that we often miss peoples first. Because athlete often attempt things “out of the blue” and then “happen” to PR. So our cameras arent out, but the celebrations are just as real. Because when you see someone put in the work day in and day out, eventually opportunity meets preparation. Its not luck.

That is the CrossFit Effect.
Its not magic, its hard, consistent work. Simple is not easy, but at Wonderland (and CrossFit gyms around the world) we try to make it fun.

How long do you think it took Victor to get there?

From injuring his back deadlifting 155lbs and not being able to sleep for 2 weeks, this was pre CrossFit, to joining Wonderland September 2017, to coaching his first class December 2018 to this 510lbs deadlift 7 avril 2025.

Fitness is a journey. Its an infinite game.
Read that again.
Infinite.
No end date.
We are not going anywhere.
Victor is not going anywhere.

We want you to live your fullest, happiest and hopefully with the least amount of regret life.

What does fitness, nutrition and lifestyle have to do with that?

The answer is now. You only start getting the results once youve started.

For Hyrox or CrossFit, this class will help you better understand pacing for a variety of intensities and modalities : rowing, bike erg, ski erg, echo bike, burpee and running.

Conditionning is your base, its your ability to work, keep working, but also recover.

A lot of people skip this step. They go too hard too fast.

Why are we a CrossFit gym?
Because we choose to do hard things.

We could be a functional fitness gym, a HIIT gym, a Cross-Training gym, pilates, yoga, Hyrox, etc.
But we are not.

While we offer different services that include some of the above, we remain a CrossFit gym.

Because part of doing CrossFit is believing you can do hard things.
Ethos : the distinguishing character, sentiment, moral nature, or guiding beliefs of a person, group, or institution

Doing hard things is part of CrossFits ethos and therefore ours.
We believe you can do hard things.

If you already believe you can hard things and havent given CrossFit a chance, maybe you should.

If you dont believe you can do hard things, thats ok. We do. And we will show you the way.

Fitness is a good anchor, but dont drop the ball on your nutrition.

Having a regular training schedule will :
🍽️ plan and maintain regular eating habits
🍽️ increase the likehood of making better food choices
🍽️ more consistent bed and wake time which improve sleep quality and quantity
🍽️ affirms your identity as a healthy and fit person

This is why we offer nutritional mentoring. As we get to know you as a person and athlete, we can help guide you into building the right nutritional protocol for your life and goals.
