Les cours du samedi sont gratuits pour toute la période estivale !

Nos cours pour enfants et parents-enfants auront lieu les samedis et seront affichés sur MINDBODY.

Tous les cours de yoga sont offerts au prix de 10$ pour l’été !

I don’t want to make this about me because K-OSS is nothing without you. But K-OSS was once only a name I had written on a piece of paper…

We were not much: 750 square feet of mat space, no black belt, no affiliation, no curriculum, no team, no money…
We were outsiders.

Two years later, here we are: friends, family, partners… a team, and a solid competition team too.

All this is on you.

Thanks for showing up every day.
For being such good training partners.
For trusting us.

Thanks for making K-OSS something more than just a handwritten name.

Because of you, we are a name that will be remembered.

And again, this is not about me. This is all because of you 💜

On ne te bullsh*tera pas et on n’essayera pas de t’impressionner avec des techniques qui ne marchent pas.

First competition as a Team 🦦

A huge congrats to Lea, that fought 5 matches with younger and more advanced women than her. You stood up like a real warrior. You are my hero.

Felx, just turned blue belt, fighting with purple belt… Your attitude was gold. We could debate about if it was a slam or not but we all know it already and we all saw how you took the loss with grace 💛

Claude, so sick she couldn’t walk but “I’ll fight because I came all the way here anyway” 😅

I’m proud of my team. I hope they don’t care about the outcome because the road to that comp worth so much more than those couple minutes on the mat in a local tournament…

We had so much fun during that training camp !
