they are evidence of strength.
Here, we name the things that were once whispered.
We explore every form of abuse:
the kind that leaves marks on skin,
and the kind that leaves marks on the soul.
We walk through the shadows of betrayal trauma
the gaslighting, the quiet erosion of trust,
the love that hurt more than it healed.
And together, we learn to speak a new language:
the language of safety, boundaries, and coming home to yourself.
